Each of our neighbors need to take responsibility for their own mail situation.  They can go to post office as I have and put a hold in their mail and pick it up as they are able OR they can get a PO Box OR they can individually light a fire under the post office until this is solved.  It is not the Board or VHHA responsibility to protect mail delivery for the entire association.

 Please take a moment to review these important safety tips and resources:

* Sign up for Informed Delivery with the United States Postal Service
This FREE service emails you daily previews of incoming mail and packages, helping you spot missing items quickly. You can enroll online at USPS.com by creating an account and selecting Informed Delivery.

 

* Report suspicious activity or missing mail to the Renton Police Department
Please call 911 (even if the activity is no longer happening). Allow Valley Communications Center to create the report and provide a case number, if available.

 

* Pick up your mail daily and stay alert in the neighborhood.

* Do not approach anyone you suspect — your safety comes first.

 

The Victoria Hills HOA Board is staying in close contact with City of Renton staff and will share any vital updates as they become available.
